Fundraising & Events

SAGA School is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Donations allow us to renovate and upgrade our facilities and augment our ability to purchase German language books and other classroom materials. Fundraising efforts have included book sales, children's drawing calendar (Kindermalkalender) sales and Escrip rewards program participation.

Escrip is an organization through which participating business partners contribute a percentage of a patron's grocery loyalty card, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of his or her choice.

The SAGA School greatly encourages all parents and supporters to register your credit and other purchasing cards with Escrip as a means of benefitting the school. To do so, simply log into www.escrip.com and register either with SAGA's ID #: 500004492 or by searching for Seattle Area German American School.
